Fitness Assessment

Included in your first session, we will assess your current fitness level and any physical imbalances, discuss your specific goals, and develop a program for you that will bring physical and mental benefits.

Private Training Sessions

60-minute in person sessions on Pilates equipment including the reformer, chair, and spine corrector with a tailored focus on improving technique, addressing physical imbalances, injury recovery or prevention, and attaining mental clarity and flow.

Meditation & Mindfulness Practices

To complement private sessions and the physical practice, I also offer assistance in helping you create a meditation and mindfulness practice. Sharing my knowledge of yoga philosophy and Zen Buddhism to support your holistic healing.
